Main Toolbar

The Main Toolbar includes basic tools for the management of the system's main entities, which are  drivers, cars, penalties, appointment, stands, POIs and statistics. Each tool opens a special form for data entry and management.

The main toolbar consist of six icons which referring to the corresponding administration tools, as described below.

Cars - Drivers - Penalties

1. Cars - Drivers - Penalties
The Cars/Drivers/Penalties Form provides a special layout that handles and display the main system's entities correlation. Using the Cars/Drivers/Penalties Form you can make new registrations for drivers and vehicles, assign drivers to  their vehicles and vise versa, and also impose penalties to them directly or indirectly based on their correlation.  Clicking on the icon, opens a new window with the available elements for the data management and update of vehicles, drivers and penalties. 
The Drivers' Form allows you to view the registered information of each driver and also to register new drivers to the system. Clicking on the icon, opens a new window with the available tables and forms for the data viewing. You can view the information of all the registered drivers in an aggregate table or per driver in an individual form.

Customers

2. Customers
The Customers Form allows you to search for a registered customer, so as to view or edit his data attributes and location. You can also use the Customers Form to make new customers registration or to manage in advance level the stored information.

Save Reservation

3. Save Reservation
The Reservations Form allows you to register reservations for customers during their call serving or after call time. In the same form you are able to view the pending reservations per customer and some reservation details.

Point of Interest

4. Point of Interest
The POIs' Form allows you to view and edit attributes of the points of interest stored to the system, but also to create and add new points of interest to the system.

Zones/Stands

5. Zones/Stands
The Zones/Stands Form is used to show and manage all Car Stand names. It allows the user to enable or disable each one when needed.

Fixed Prices

6. Fixed Prices
The Fixed Prices Form is actually a look up form, which provides information for the fixed prices of some predefined routes that have been stored in the system. Using this form you can view the stored fixed prices or add new routes with fixed price to the system.

Statistics

7. Statistics
The Statistics Form allows you to prepare statistics reports regarding the call service of the call center users during a specific period. The form contains a graph frame where are visualized the statistic results based on each report request.
