Working with reservations, you actually save those calls details and plan to serve them in later time, based on customers needs. To be able to serve the reservations on time, the system informs you about the pending reservations few minutes before their planed time.
Below is described the reservation's service procedure.
1. Few minutes before the planed time, the pending reservation appears on the Reservation Table of the main application's window. The same time the system alerts you about the pending reservation with a flashing icon next to the "Phone" field of the Call Management frame (main application window).
2. To serve the reservation, you have to load the call's data on the Call Management Frame with double click on the specific reservations record displayed on the Reservations Table.
3. Once you have load the call's data on the management frame, you are able to serve the call as a common incoming call byclicking on the "Save call" icon , to send the call to the dispatcher.
