Managing Predefined Penalties

 
The system gives you the option to store some predefined penalties with specific characteristics, which could be used in relevant cases.  The Predefined Penalties could be penalties defined by taxi company based on company's policy or penalties for unprofessional behaviour.
You can manage the predefined penalties by clicking on the "Predefined Penalties" icon .
 

Create a Predefined Penalty
1. Click on the "Predefined Penalties" icon to open the Predefined Penalties management window.
 
2. The list of stored Predefined Penalties appears on the upper part of the window. To add a new penalty, you have to fill in the required information to the "New penalty registration" area, at the bottom of the window.
 
 
The required information is the Penalty's unique Code, the type (report or penalty), the reason (name), the duration (24 hours) and if has right of appeal.
You can clear all the filled in information by clicking on the "Clear" icon .
 
3. To complete the registration click on the "Save" icon . The new penalty will be automatically stored to the list of predefined penalties.
 

Select a predefined penalty
To apply a predefined penalty to a vehicle or driver, you have first to open the "Predefine Management Window" (check step 1 above) and then select from the list the penalty you want to apply, by double clicking on it.
By selecting a penalty, the stored information, such as duration or comments, are automatically loaded to the form and the penalty's code is displayed next to the "Predefined Penalties" icon.
