Reservations table

The Reservation Table displays the information of all the booked reservations that have been planned for a later time. The table is automatic updated so you can check in real time  the upcoming reservations and serve them to the dispatch system in appropriate time.
 
The Reservation Table consist of three columns referred to reservation's characteristics and as many rows as the pending reservations. The first row displays the name of the characteristic that represented by each column. The table is automatic updated providing in real time the pending reservations that are waiting to be served.
 
In particular, the information provided on this table are:
Date/Time:
The date and time of the reservation call
Phone:
The customer' s telephone
Customer:
The customer' s name
Call Comments:
Comments regarding the call
Address:
The customer' s address
Cust Comments:
Customer' s comment
Destination:
The destination address, if has been defined during the reservation procedure
Car Type:
The type of the vehicle if defined
User:
The user in charge for filling the table
 

Sorting Data
The table's records are by default sorted based on the reservations time. If you want to make a shorting based on another characteristic, you have to click once on the column's name you desire. The sorting is automatically changed and an arrow appears on the selected field, marking it active.
 
The direction of arrow indicates whether the sorting is in ascending or descending order . By clicking on the selected field header, the sorting can be changed from ascending to descending and vise versa.
 

Serve a Reservation
To serve the reservation, you have to load the call's data on the Call Management Frame with double click on the specific reservations record displayed on the Reservations Table.
