The Messages Table displays in rows all the incoming and outgoing text messages that the call center receives or sends from/to drivers. You can communicate (text messages) with the drivers only if they are connected to the system with their tablet using the IQTaxi Driver Application.
For each text message, the Message Table provides all the needed information displayed in the corresponding columns. In particular, the table consist of four columns that described below.
Car:
The Car ID that sent/receive the message
Date/Time:
Date and time of the message
Message:
Message text
Sender:
The work station user (call center)
Send Status:
Displays the Send Status of the message
The incoming or outgoing messages are indicated on the table with different colours. The rows of outgoing messages are displayed with a light green colour and those of incoming messages are displayed in light red.

Sorting Data
The table's records are by default sorted based on messages receive/send time. If you want to make a shorting based on another characteristic, you have to click once on the column's name you desire. The sorting is automatically changed and an arrow appears on the selected field, marking it active.
The direction of arrow indicates whether the sorting is in ascending or descending order . By clicking on the selected field header, the sorting can be changed from ascending to descending and vise versa.
