You may need to search for a specific reservation or reservations that match your specific criteria. Its possible, for example, to be interested on view the reservations from a specific customer or from a specific time period. To support the searching needs, the application provides two search boxes which can be used alone or in combination for advanced searching.
Search based on criteria
You can search for reservations that match your criteria, using the "Search in Reservations" machine.
Using this machine you are able to search based on a calls characteristics such as Customer Phone
number or name, pick up address and Destination.
Typing your searching criteria, the table is automatically updated showing only the records that match
with the specific criteria.
To activate the "Search in Messages" box, you should click on the "index" icon , placed on the
toolbar of the Call Management Frame. The search box is also activated along with the "Reservation
History" box, clicking on the "Older Search" icon , placed on the Reservation tab.
If you need to view the reservations of a specific time period, you can use the "Search in History" machine
that allows you to define the particular time period (From -To) you are interested in.
To activate the "Search in History" box, you have to click on the "Reservations History" icon , placed on the top margin of Reservations tab.
You are able to search in reservations history, in canceled reservations history and in pending reservations. To switch between those different options, you must click on the "Reservations History" icon . Clicking on the icon it switches to "History of canceled reservation" icon , where you can search only in canceled reservations history. If you click again on this icon you jump into the third option which is the searching in pending reservation. In this option the icon switches to "Reservation to be done" icon .
For advance searching, use these two search machines in combination. You can search reservations from a particular time period and based on specific criteria at the same time.
