Interacting with the Messages table

The table area allows you to interact with the displayed records, providing some extra functionality per message. Pointing with your mouse on a message's record, you can manage the specific message with the available tools according to messages type. The provided functionality per message type are described below.

 

Using the table's functionality of the incoming messages, you are able to view the sender's location or send a reply message to the sender (driver).   

To view from which location the driver had sent the message, follow the steps below:

1. Select a message pointing on it's record with your mouse,

2. Right-Click on the selected record to open the "Show Location" command

 

 

 

3. Click on the command. The map zooms into the  specific driver's location

 

To reply on an incoming message follow the steps below:

1. Select a message pointing on it's record with your mouse,

2. Double click on the selected record to open the "Send Message" window

3. Write your message or use a predefine message from the list

4. Click on the "Send" button

 

Using the table's functionality of the outgoing messages, you are able to resend a message to the same receiver.

 

To resend an outgoing message follow the steps below:

1. Select a message pointing on it's record with your mouse,

2. Right-Click on the selected record to open the "Send Message" command

 

3. Click on the command to repeat the message sending.
