Help menu

The Help menu contains general information and helpful shortcuts for the application's easier use.

 

 

You can increase your productivity when working with the Call Center by using keyboard and mouse shortcuts.

The Shortcut option, opens a submenu with a list of all  the available keyboard shortcuts that refers to basic application's functions.  The shortcuts are grouped in categories, for ease of search.

 

 

The Information option, opens a message window with the application's basic information, such as the current version and copyright.

To close this window click on the OK button.
